How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, though some items may ship the same day depending on availability. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@provisionsdirect.com if you wish to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Always inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage, including to the packaging, record it on the delivery receipt. If the damage is discovered after delivery, please send photos to support@provisionsdirect.com. We will promptly process a replacement or issue compensation.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment and shipping details. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If an item goes out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone within one business day.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Arkansas. Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within Arkansas, helping many customers save on large orders.
Can I make changes to my order?
