What if my product arrives damaged?
Always inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including damage to the packaging, make a note of it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. Should your product arrive damaged, please send photos to support@provisionsdirect.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, typically processed within 1 business day.
